Endowment Care Fund
Farmington Memorial Park has been an Endowment Care Facility since 1975. A deposit is made into the fund each time a plot is sold. This "corpus" is restricted with only the earnings subsequently available for future maintenance. Annually, certified audited financial statements are obtained from our CPA and reported to the state along with other required activity reports.
The trustees of the Endowment Care Fund include owners and non-owners of the Cemetery. These trustees maintain conservative investments, which contain mainly mutual funds. Very good progress has been made increasing this fund over the last decade.
